Meet ScholarMatch’s Student Council Members

We are excited to announce the launch of two new student councils! The Student Advisory Council and the Student Ambassador Council are long-awaited initiatives that will help us understand our students’ needs better so we can take our program to the next level. As we evolve and expand to serve even more scholars nationwide, we must ensure that our approach meets students’ ever-evolving needs and addresses persistent challenges in higher education.

And who better than students themselves to lead us the way? Through different projects and approaches, these cohorts will collaborate for a full academic year, aiming to create a welcoming ScholarMatch community where all students can grow on an academic and personal level.

While the focus of the Student Advisory Council is more programmatic, the main goal of the Student Ambassador Council is to help us understand students’ needs and foster an engaging community for all scholars to thrive. When not working on programmatic content, these young people will organize social events for scholars to connect, share experiences, and learn together.

We look forward to their contributions as we strive to offer our students the best ScholarMatch experience possible. Keep reading to meet the student leaders representing the ScholarMatch student body for the 2024–2025 school year.
