Welcoming the class of 2027 to the ScholarMatch family!

ScholarMatch has recently welcomed a new cohort of students into our Scholars Program! After completing our Destination College program, these students were selected to be part of our Scholars Program, where they will have access to individualized college and career mentoring from trained advisors, scholarships, and flexible funds to cover unexpected expenses that may arise while in college.

We are thrilled and honored to support this group of talented and dynamic scholarship recipients. Thanks to our generous San Francisco Bay Area community, we secured over $500,000 in scholarships to support their college journeys. These students have graduated from Lowell HS, Mission HS, Albany HS, Wallenberg HS, and Yerba Buena HS, to name a few schools.

Together, they represent the hopes and dreams of many hard-working families that hold down two or even more jobs to offer their children a better future. At ScholarMatch, we are proud to play a role in supporting their college journeys thanks to the generosity of our donors and volunteers.

At our Welcome to the Family event in June, these new scholars received an overview of the support network offered by ScholarMatch. They also started building connections with their college advisors and fellow scholars. Please join us in welcoming the class of 2027!
